This month, let's take a little tour of the field with Olivier!
After months spent in the "sorting room" pampering each seed to ensure they were as clean as possible (and ensuring peak germination rates), Olivier finally finished sorting the last batches this week. Mission accomplished!
He can now get back into the fresh air and tackle preparing the soil for the next crops, while digging in the green manure sown in the fall. The only problem: the ground is still soggy... so for the false sowing, he'll have to wait a little longer.
💡 False sowing is a bit like a weed trap: you prepare the soil as if you were going to sow, you let the weeds germinate, then you destroy them with a mechanical tool. Less competition for the crops, more peace of mind for us!
