Carrot and Pecan Cakes
An original recipe where carrots become a real little treat. Ingredients for 4 to 6 people - 2 eggs - 90 g sugar - 200 g flour - 1 sachet of yeast - 150 g melted semi-salted butter - 3 tbsp crushed pecans - 2 grated carrots Preheat the oven to 180°C Beat the eggs into an omelet, add the sugar and mix vigorously with a fork. Add the melted butter, flour and yeast while continuing to mix. Stir in the grated carrots and pecans then pour everything into a buttered cake tin or individual molds. Bake for 35 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding. Enjoy!
