Pumpkin pancakes with love in a cage jam
Ingredients 180g pumpkin puree - 1 egg - 250ml milk - 175g flour - 1 teaspoon melted butter - 50g sugar Preparation time: 30 min Level: easy Cost: cheap 1. Separate the egg white from the yolk. In a bowl, mix the yolk with the sugar. Add the pumpkin puree, melted butter, milk and sifted flour in this order. 2. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff and fold it into the pumpkin paste. Let it rest for 30 min. 3. Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and pour a tablespoon of batter for each pancake. CAGED LOVE JAM Ingredients 300g caged love - 180g sugar Preparation time: 10 min Level: easy Cost: reasonable 1. In a saucepan, melt the sugar with 50ml of water. As soon as the sugar has dissolved, bring to a boil. 2. Add the caged love and reduce the heat. Simmer for 30 min. 3. Put in a jar and let it cool.
