Vegetables fruits

A fruit vegetable is the fruit (in the botanical sense of the term) of a herbaceous plant usually grown in a vegetable garden. Exhausting the soil, they should not be planted in the same place from one year to the next. It is necessary to alternate for example with grain vegetables or pods which enrich the soil with nitrogen: beans, broad beans, peas, lentils, etc. And root vegetables which recover the fertilizing elements in depth: carrots, parsnips, salsify, winter radishes, etc.
