Variety The Corno di toro rosso pepper is an old Italian variety that is very productive, early (a little less early than the Ferenc tender variety) which produces elongated conical peppers of around 70 g and 15 cm long and 5 cm wide, in the shape of a long horn, green at the immature stage turning red at maturity. The plant produces around 10 fruits with 2 or 3 loculi per plant outdoors. The leaves are around 10 cm long and 5 cm wide. The corno di toro rosso pepper is a pepper of very good taste quality with not very thick skin and juicy, sweet, refreshing flesh without being spicy in the mouth (0/10). Corno di toro rosso peppers are eaten fresh or preserved in vinegar.
