The compact white-flowered strawberry tree is a small, self-fertile, evergreen shrub with a dense, rounded shape. It is distinguished by its dark green, glossy foliage and its white bell-shaped flowers that appear in autumn. These flowers are followed by small, round fruits, initially green and then bright red when ripe, reminiscent of strawberries. These fruits, edible and slightly sweet, add a touch of colour to the garden in winter. Easy to grow, the compact strawberry tree tolerates drought well and adapts to different types of soil.
