The 'Pilgrim' Cranberry is a ground cover particularly suited to acidic and humid soils. It is distinguished by the size of its fruits, producing large, round, light red fruits when ripe.
Its small evergreen leaves are green and glossy in season, then take on a dark red hue in winter. It fears excess fertilizer and drought.
The fruits are eaten raw or prepared as jam, compote, sorbet and juice.
For good pollination, it is recommended to combine at least two varieties.
