The Lemon Cucumber is a small variety, identifiable by its lemon color, originating from India . It produces obovate , very slightly grooved fruits, approximately 6 cm wide and 8 cm long , of a light yellow-green color. This variety has black spines and very slight ridges .
Lemon cucumbers can be stored in the bottom of the refrigerator, but it is recommended to consume them quickly after picking. The seeds of the lemon cucumber are a little harder than those of other cucumber varieties, remember to remove them when preparing your gazpacho .

This variety from the Cucurbitaceae family prefers sunny locations and warmth. Like all other cucumber varieties, the lemon cucumber tends to spread. Consider training the stems to prevent moisture from settling on the fruit.
How to successfully sow Lemon cucumbers
