How to successfully sow non-running green zucchini from market gardeners

Autant je suis très satisfait par les graines de courge longue de Nice, levées en 4 à 5 jours, autant je suis déçu par les graines de courgette non coureuse des maraîchers : levée à 50%, petit développement, pourtant dans les mêmes conditions thermiques (petite serre à >22 °) que les courges. Origine ? Autres retours similaires ?
Après un premier essai, à température de la maison et à la lumière, n'a pas germé. 2ème essai terreau bien arrosé dans mini serre, derrière la baie vitrée et au soleil, donc "climat tropical", tout à germé ! Donc ce n'est qu'une question de conditions climatiques. Il suffit de le savoir.
Une dizaine de graines semées, à l’abri et à la lumière aucune n’a germé au bout de 15 jours.
