RASPBERRY TREE AUGUSTRED AB - PLANT
Rubus idaeus
The 'Augustred' raspberry bush is a remontant variety that stands out for its light red, juicy and delicate fruits.
Its production period extends from mid-July to early September, guaranteeing a continuous summer harvest. The stems are not very vigorous and require trellising to support them. This raspberry prefers well-drained soils, rich in organic matter and slightly acidic, with an ideal exposure to partial shade.
The fruits can be eaten fresh or processed into various preparations such as jams, jellies, syrups, coulis or sorbets.
