RASPBERRY MARASTAR AB - PLANT
rubus idaeus
The 'Marastar' raspberry is a remontant variety that stands out for its vigor and good resistance to diseases. It offers a generous harvest of large, dark red, conical fruits. These raspberries, with a particularly tasty taste, are harvested throughout the season, from July to October, on the shoots of the year.
To fully appreciate their flavor, it is recommended to consume them quickly after picking, because they do not keep well. In case of abundant harvest, they are ideal for preparing coulis, sorbets, tarts, jams, and can also be frozen.
