Known as "Low's Mouth" this perennial plant is most often grown as an annual or biennial. Its flowers form dense and fragrant clusters and offer various colors: yellow, pink, white. Pretty in bouquets. Essential in a country garden in beds, rockeries, borders or in pots. Its flowers are edible, slightly bitter. Not very hardy (-7°C). Successfully sowing the large snapdragon Sow under cover from January to March at 20°C without covering the seeds for 20 days. Sow directly in place from April to May, on the surface of well-refined soil. Sowing in August-September possible, indoors. Then transplant into a pot and keep in a frost-free place before planting in spring. Keep the soil moist regardless of the type of sowing. Cultivation Thin out, or plant as appropriate, at 40 cm. Flowering Flowering takes place from May to October. The plants are about 60 cm tall.
