A variety similar to Golden Frills, with very finely cut purple foliage, which will add a spicy and colorful note to your salads or sautéed vegetables.
In China, a wide variety of mustard species are grown, including leaf, root, and stem mustards. In France, leaf mustards are generally found, eaten as young shoots, mixed in salads. The leaves are broad, curly, lobed, and serrated, and are blond-green or purplish-reddish green in color, depending on the variety. Chinese mustards thrive in a cool climate and are grown in spring or fall.

Harvest: For small, fast-growing varieties, harvest takes place about 40 days after sowing; for larger-growing varieties, harvest takes place 3 months after sowing.
Planting distance: 25 x 35 cm (small-leaved variety), 35 x 45 cm (large-leaved varieties).
