SMALL HOUSE TRAP
Pheromone trap usable with pheromones against the carrot worm (ref 1201C), and the leek moth (ref 1202C). What are pheromones? Pheromones are volatile substances secreted by females. They play a role of sexual attraction on males. Each species emits a specific pheromone. This allows to fight very precisely and very effectively on each type of harmful insect. How to use the small house trap? 1. Detach the support of the pheromone basket from the trap 2. Shape the trap and raise one side as shown in the diagram. 3. Position the glue plate 4. Add the pheromone capsule (to be purchased separately). To avoid contact with fingers, cut the top of the bag and pour the capsule directly into the small pheromone basket. 5. Place the pheromone basket in the plastic support provided for this purpose. 6. Attach everything (plastic support + pheromone basket) to the top of the trap. 7. Put in place the two hooks and the hanging string. Put in place the trap before the expected insect attack. For good efficiency, it is recommended to use 1 trap for 5 linear meters or 4 m2. The insects attracted by the pheromone will stick to the glue plate. The traps can be removed at the end of the session and kept for the following year. The glue plates and pheromone capsules, available separately, can be renewed.
